Contact Us and Opening Times

To ensure emails sent to systems which do not support TLS data encryption standards can be safely received we are now using M365 Purview Message Encryption. You may receive a response to your email enquiry from a wyjs email account saying it has sent you a protected message. If you receive this response you will need to click on the Read the message link and follow the on-screen prompts to read the message, either by logging into the portal using your Microsoft account, your Google account, or by entering a one-time password that will be sent to your email address.

We have five archive offices across West Yorkshire, for information on visiting a specific office please visit to the page for that office:

Bradford Calderdale , Kirklees , Leeds , Wakefield

If you would like to contact us to ask a question, deposit archives, make a comment or give feedback regarding our services then we would love to hear from you!

For any general enquiries our first point of contact is archives@wyjs.org.uk. If you are in any doubt about who the best person to contact is please use this email address and we will ensure it is passed on to the correct person.
