This is the new national service offering consumer advice and acting as a central database of consumer generated intelligence. It is a telephone and online consumer advice service which can be contacted on 08454 04 05 06 (minicom: 08451 28 13 84).

The Citizens Advice consumer service works closely with trading standards and all information they receive is passed to trading standards departments for further action or intelligence purposes.

West Yorkshire Joint Services are located on the A650 Bradford-Wakefield road between the Toby Carvery (formerly th Angel public house) situated at the Bruntcliffe traffic lights and the M62 Junction 27 interchange with the A62 Leeds-Huddersfield road and the A650 Bradford-Wakefield road. The offices are on the north side of the A650, just before/after it crosses the M621.
If using a route finder or satellite navigation system please do not use the LS27 0QP postcode - this will take you to Morley Post Office. We have been allocated a postcode of LS27 7JQ.
The Office is open 9:00am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excepting Bank Holidays). If you wish to call in person an appointment is necessary.
