Examples of standard courses available are;

• The Consumer Rights Act 2015

As part of the consumer rights reform, recent changes to legislation give more rights to consumers and place stricter obligations on businesses. The legislation covers most business to consumer transactions for goods, services and digital content and provides consumers with their statutory rights.

• The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

The scope of the legislation includes obligations for businesses where contracts are formed in the home and at a distance by non face to face means, the specific requirements in relation to the cancellation of contracts.
