The West Yorkshire Business Hive is located on the outskirts of Leeds, less than five minutes from Jct27 of the M62, making it ideally placed for attendees from across West Yorkshire and beyond.

So don't spend another 20 minutes getting into Leeds city centre, when you could be in our air conditioned meetings rooms with free wifi and on-site parking.

A range of rooms to hire

The Business Hive consists of 10 bright, contemporary meeting rooms of varying sizes, which allow you to meet clients and colleagues in professional surroundings.

Our flexible space is perfect for a variety of uses from training and demonstrations, as an assessment centre, an exhibition space or networking event - the choice is yours.

Our largest meeting room, the Nepshaw Suite, can comfortably seat 30 people in a board room layout or up to 70 in a theatre style layout. This large room is fully air-conditioned, has an interactive whiteboard and projector, free wi-fi and also has a useful breakout area which can be used for refreshments away from the main table. 

Our smallest meeting room, the Heritage Room, is a relaxed space for up to three people and is perfect for coaching or informal meetings. Or why not hire along with the neighbouring Interview Room to provide a preparation space for candidates.

Alternatively, our breakout hub offers a comfy space to catch up, chat, take a phone call and enjoy a coffee/comfort break. Or it can be a central networking space when you hold a conference or event across multiple meeting rooms in the Business Hive.

High-specification spaces

In addition to free parking right outside, when you hire any of our meeting rooms at the Business Hive, you get free Wi-Fi and complimentary tea and coffee. Plus, our larger meeting rooms also offer complimentary Plug & Play use of our inbuilt interactive smart and whiteboard technology.
